What payment options are available?

Do you have the option for cash on delivery?
At the moment, we don’t offer Cash on Delivery. Since many of our products are made-to-order and personalized with care, we begin crafting your order as soon as payment is confirmed. Think of it as us starting your little one’s dream space right away!
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Since most of our products are custom-made just for you, we begin the process quickly. After 24 hours, we may have already started the magic - so cancellations won’t be possible beyond that point.
There’s a problem with the order I received and I want to return it. How do I get a refund?
Oh no! We’re truly sorry if something’s not right. While we take great pride in packing every Little Poppets product with love and care, transit hiccups can happen. If you notice any damage, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
We kindly request pictures or a video of the packaging and unboxing process - this helps us understand what went wrong and make things right. Since each product is specially crafted for you, we’re unable to accept return requests after 24 hours.
I’ve received a damaged product. Can you replace or repair it?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share pictures or videos of the damage. Once we verify the issue, we’ll take swift action to replace or repair the damaged part. Your satisfaction is our priority.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days from the time your request is approved. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process because we believe transparency is key to trust.
