With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the modular furniture industry, Kaavya Sekar has always seen furniture as more than just functional, it’s a part of a family’s story. Having worked across every layer of the process, from retail to design and manufacturing - Kaavya brings a unique lens to Little Poppets, where form, function, and family life beautifully intersect. Her calm sense of structure and deep-rooted passion for smart, space-saving design helped shape the soul of Little Poppets: furniture that adapts, grows, and supports the everyday chaos and charm of parenting. Her journey is grounded in a deep understanding of what homes truly need - a balance of beauty, durability, and heart. And that’s exactly what she pours into every Poppet creation.

Shreeta Jadav

For Shreeta Jadav, design has never been just about aesthetics; it’s always been about people, purpose, and practicality. With over 25 years of experience designing and executing complex, large-scale interior projects, she brings to Little Poppets a rare blend of creativity, precision, and empathy. Having delivered homes and spaces across India for top names in the industry, her career stands as a testament to excellence and trust. Yet, it was during her recent break that dedicated to supporting her son through a crucial academic year. The idea of creating something truly meaningful took shape. Little Poppets became her way of combining her design legacy with the values of parenting: adaptability, resilience, and love. Her warmth, work ethic, and intuitive design sense breathe life into the brand’s promise; furniture that grows with your child, made by people who understand what that really means.

Siddhant R. Thakkar

Siddhant brings a unique blend of legacy and vision to Little Poppets. Born into a family with deep-rooted business backgrounds in fabrications and trading, he carries forward a spirit of enterprise but with a modern lens. An athlete and lifelong learner at heart, he’s passionate about building brands that resonate with the next generation. He is also the founder of the Indigenous Arts Foundation, a trust dedicated to preserving India’s ancient art forms and cultural heritage. Through Little Poppets, Siddhant hopes to bridge purpose with innovation giving thoughtful, design-first children’s furniture the exposure and platform it deserves.
